The longevity of each bar varies depending on individual usage, but typically, a bar lasts several weeks with regular use.
Our soap bars are aged for different periods to enhance their qualities. The aging process affects the texture, lather, and overall benefits of the soap. You can choose between 45-day or 3-month aged bars depending on your preference.

Shipping
We currently ship across Canada, the United States and most of Europe. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days for Canadian orders and 7 to 10 business days for US orders and 8 to 22 business days for Europe orders.
Free shipping is available on orders over $45.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll process your refund once your request is reviewed and approved.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately. Once it’s processed, it cannot be canceled.
