We want you to be completely satisfied with your Damascus Soap purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your products. We accept returns for unopened products only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened products.

Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and Europe. For orders over $40, shipping to Canada and the US is free. For orders under $40, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages that are scanned as delivered. Please ensure your order was shipped to a secure address and track your package closely. Tracking details and a link will be sent to you as soon as your order ships, with further notifications when your package is out for delivery and scanned as delivered. Please keep a lookout!
