Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll process a full refund. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our soap bars are handcrafted, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot resell them once they have left our facility.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
